• 📁 Access to raw sensor data is permitted only under an NDA.
• 🔐 Any code or project developed using lab access must credit MatPixel if published or shared.
• 📋 Users must adhere to all lab safety, IP, and ethical usage guidelines shared during onboarding.

📂 Data Privacy & Intellectual Property

• 📌 Data collected or accessed during lab sessions is proprietary to MatPixel.
• 🔐 Projects or use-cases involving sensitive data will require signing a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).
• 🧾 Datasets used will follow standard academic and public licensing unless otherwise specified.
• For Students/Academic Researchers:

    • Take copies of datasets you capture in the lab for academic/research use
    • Publish results using this data in papers/theses
