Cancellation and Refund Policy

At MatPixel Academy, we aim to support our learners with a transparent and fair cancellation policy. Here’s how it works:
General Policy
MatPixel Academy maintains a flexible cancellation policy, but refunds are only applicable where explicitly mentioned.
If a course, masterclass, one-on-one consultation, or any other service does not specify a refund policy, then refunds will not be applicable.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available only if requested within 48 hours of purchasing a class or program.
If no refund details are listed for a specific offering, it should be considered non-refundable by default.
Tax Deduction Note
All approved refunds will be processed after deducting applicable taxes, as per Indian tax regulations. The final refunded amount will reflect this deduction.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund:
Email us at legal@matpixel.com
Use the subject line: “Refund Request”
Include your course/program name, payment details, and bank account information for processing.
Processing Timelines
Once your request is verified, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Refunds will be transferred via NEFT / IMPS / RTGS / Other mode, based on the bank details you provide.
Late Refund Requests
Requests made after 48 hours from purchase—regardless of participation status—will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
